Glyndwr Charity = Eastern Valley Foodbank
Glyndwr House have chosen to support the ‘Eastern Valley Foodbank’ for the 2018-2019 academic year. The Eastern Valley Foodbank provide 3 day food packages to families who have been referred to them from within our community. The ‘Eastern Valley Foodbank’ offer much needed support to families in need and have been a lifeline to many for a number of years. The money we raise this year will go towards supporting future families in need. This week we will be collecting donations to deliver to the foodbank. The foodbank are in need of the following items but will be grateful for any donations;
- Tinned fruit (400GMS)
- Tinned soup
- Rice pudding
- UHT milk (1 litre)
- Tinned meat
- Tinned vegetables
Please send any donations to Miss Monks at the school. All pupils who bring in food donations will be awarded 5 House points.
